Excellent study tool, especially for on-the-go use!

This book is an awesome study tool! I have been using the pdf version for a few months and finally ordered the book and I am so glad that I did. It's small and easy to carry - and just what I needed.
It is basically an NCLEX study guide for everything med-surg. It highlights the disease or disorder beginning with an overview, and then bullets the NCLEX Points (that which we need to know most for the NCLEX exam, what is high-yield, most testable and/or essential for the nurse to know in regards to treating patients with that specific disease process).
The book is organized by body system or specialty category: cardiovascular, respiratory, renal and genitourinary, neurological, gastrointestinal, metabolic and endocrine, musculoskeletal, immunological, integumentary, hematological and oncology, eye/ear/nose/throat. NCLEX Points cover the nursing assessment and therapeutic management specific to the disorder. Then, at each category's end is an NCLEX Cram sheet which hits each must-know detail for that specialty area: labs, tests, meds, interventions, procedures, aftercare, etc.
