It's full of great and innovative ways to grab an audience's attention right from the start, when you have just a few seconds to win - or lose - your ability to inform, entertain, and motivate your listeners. I highly recommend it for anyone who speaks in public, whether at a large conference or in a smaller group setting.

Invaluable resource for any public speaker

As someone who has to give a lot of talks, this book gives me dozens of suggestions to get into my topic in different ways than I usually do. That allows me to grow as a presenter and keep me and my audiences more interested.
The strength of this book is that the 101 tips read quickly and are engaging, but are also well researched and go beyond most blog posts on the topic and broader public speaking books that don’t offer the same depth.
I enjoyed the author’s first book, and this book carries on the same tradition of offering short tips that readers can implement right away.
