A wealth of information, very hard to use

From the three Richard Binder books that I found available on kindle, this is, by far, the most researched. It has an amazing amount of information. There is one problem, though: the book has no table of contents and no index. Looking for something specific is close to impossible. It is like looking in a stash of newspapers for a specific article. Sure, you would have to use the search feature, which is a non intelligent way of finding information, therefore you will not find it half the time, unless you were lucky enough to search for the exact word Richard put in there.
The book deserves six stars for the well researched information and zero for it being published unfinished.

Jonathan C. Roach is the University Library Administrator at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida. He earned a PhD in Practical Theology, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Library and Information Science. He has been published in the journals Worship, Journal of Pastoral Care and Counseling, and Teaching Theology and Religion, and in Hymns for a Pilgrim People. He taught graduate classes in theological writing and research at Ecumenical Theological Seminary and St. Thomas University. He lives with his wife, Rev. Jihey Esther Roach, in Miami. Gricel Dominguez is an academic librarian at Florida International University. Excellent & Highly Recommended!

Jonathan Roach has penned a powerful, practical and passionate book for theological writers that I am happy to say is worth every cent of it's price. Unfortunately, I have found very few works directed to theological writers today. He builds a significant case for the fact that theology need not be communicated in a dry, dusty, dead way which causes readers to continue to condemn it as outdated and boring. "Expressing Theology" suggests a much more effective way to reach a wide readership by employing a plethora of ideas and suggestions which has a melodic ring of "music to the ears" by way of the eyes. You won't find out of touch concepts here. The author is zealously committed to starting a world-wide revolution which has been long in coming; an awakening to revive theology for the average Christian to benefit from, without alienating the need to pen compelling theology for the academy in fresh, new provocative ways. I was extremely impressed with this excellent book and give it my two thumbs up of joyful commendation! Exceeding my expectations, which are always high, I heartily recommend this book for you if you are a seminary student, a Pastor who desires to write, a seasoned theological writer or any non-clergy who are interested in pursuing the possibilities of writing theology for the 21st Century in lucid, colorful, meaningful understanding for all. As a theologian and writer myself, I emptied several pens from underlining and making notes on almost every page!

I think this small book is terrific. First of all it has all the bits of stories in the myths that interest me, and second I loved that it was in a tiny book that I could carry around if need be.

I loved the Miscellany part of the book too since it coved some of the major Gods that everyone love and what said about the festivals.

People reading it should know as the author already mentioned that this is HER translation of these stories and as such should be taken as an amateur’s attempts. Still I think that Morgan did a good job (from this amateur’s point of view anyway).

Morgan Daimler is easily becoming my favorite author on the craft

Morgan Daimler is easily becoming my favorite author on the craft. She packs these books FULL of her knowledge from her own experiences and well known and respected resources. Between her 2 books on fairycraft, her overflowing knowledge of especially Irish folklore and the Goddesses, The Morrigan and Brigid and the Gods and Goddesses honored within fairycraft I am learning more than I ever have about the craft. I'm not disregarding my own experiences thus far.. although I am understanding and processing many experiences more clearly through Morgan's writings and shared knowledge. She has a way with words and sharing her wisdom in a very straight to the point manner, meaning and matter. She is a fabulous teacher.

Great Book

We all tend to procrastinate at some point in our life and it's important to know how to move forward and get to work. This book explains the complex psychological mechanics behind what we simply call 'procrastination'. It does it so well that we can see procrastination is just an outward symptom of much more complex subconscious processes that go on in our brains. his book truly is able to understand the psyche of a procrastinator like me and provide useful solutions rather than theories that are of no use. The examples listed and the simple step as described are really helpful for anyone facing this seemingly insurmountable problem. The book makes it easy to face and get over procrastination to a great extent. The author did a great job. I highly recommend.

This is a great book to help you stop procrastinating and get moving! A lot of us sit and say what we 'will' do, but don't get our butts moving. This book gives you the impetus to get off the proverbial couch and start doing what you need to, and should be, doing. Very well written and highly recommended.

It's so true that all people procrastinate at times. It is due to many reasons but for me the main reason why people procrastinate is time management. The proper management of things to do for a certain time. That is my opinion. However, as I read this book, I have realized that there are still several reasons why we tend to procrastinate. The book will help us realize everything why procrastination happens. It has the best exercises on what to do to avoid procrastination. I've got many ideas from this read. I've learned how important planning is. I have also learned that we need to identify the cause of procrastination in order for us to avoid it in the future.
