Awesome fundamentals for social unaware people!

Bought this book in combination with dealing with my chronic depression and anxiety. I'm starting to understand that it's a lack of social connection and isolation that is the primary cause of my dysfunctions. Recommend this book for anyone who has trouble talking with people and want to develop real human connections. The Author talks about topics such as body language, tonality, charisma, and charm. Definitely topics and skills you need to understand and develop to improve your social skills. The advice is a little generic but well worth your while.

Nice informative read on how to increase your charisma. I always thought that charm and charisma were pretty much the same thing until I read this book.
